Hi, it’s Terrie Young in the Euclid Fish Retail Kitchen. It’s Friday. I’m cold, it’s going to be cold, but the Browns are playing and we’re all excited, so we’re going to do a little tailgating. This is what you could bring to your next tailgate. Our homemade New England clam chowder. Just warmed it up in this beautiful little pot. It’s clams and celery and onions and potatoes. How about if we add a little green onion, a little bacon, maybe a little crostini, and to gild the lily, some shrimps! Enjoy that on your next tailgate.
