Hi, it’s Terrie Young in the Euclid Fish Retail Kitchen. This is my easy, go-to Friday night recipe for my husband and myself. We like this calamari. It’s a beautiful perfect size for just the two of us. I get a little bit of the shrimp and all I need is this Arrabbiata sauce. Ooh, it’s so spicy. I melted a little butter just to make it a little more rich. Added the sauce, heated it up, and now all we have to do is add the ingredients. Stir that all in and it’s going to cook right in the sauce. I’m going to add a little bit of that shrimp we talked about. Easy peasy - come try it! I have everything in the retail store. We’re in Mentor. I’m going to add a little bit of fish too. We have chowder fish, you could add cod, orange roughy, even tilapia, salmon, sea bass. We have it all.
