You need to soak that and rinse it at least two to three days ahead of time before you prepare it. My nonna always used to make it with some nice potato and olives and fresh parsley. It was delicious. We have all those different things that you need, from pickled herring, to your fried shrimp, clam strips, and scallops, calamari, and don’t forget the smelt. We have the octopus, calamari, fresh, frozen, rings, tubes, tents, whatever you want, we have it available.
