Ora King Salmon, a beautiful firm salmon from New Zealand. Very pure, very delicious. Just had it the other night with John. He loved how I cooked it. I love it. We have some beautiful grouper, catfish, always have the branzino in the case, and always have the cod. We are going to feature also the salmon steaks again. Terrie: Richard, what do you think is the most popular fish that we sell in the store?
Richard: The most popular fish we sell in the store would be grouper, kampachi, and cod.
Terrie: And cod, absolutely. And Kristen?
Kristen: Cod is the best. Cod is my favorite actually.
Terrie: And how do you recommend serving that?
Kristen: I like to bake it at 400 for about 20-25 minutes with some olive oil and salt and pepper and whatever seasoning.
Terrie: Richard, when a customer comes in and asks for something special, we always can locate something, don’t you think?
Richard: Always! All you have to do is ask and we will have it. If we don’t have it, we will find it. It’s probably in the back of the warehouse. So if you don’t see it, please ask.
Terrie: We also have whole fish. We don’t always show that in the store, but if you need a whole fish for on the grill or for a party, even a whole 12 pound salmon, come on in and we’ll set you up. We’ll see you in the market. Have a great day!
