Hi, it’s Terrie Young in the Euclid Fish Retail Market Kitchen. I’m trying to think warm thoughts, warm thoughts, warm thoughts, but it’s cold. Again. Another week, cold. So this Friday night, I’m bringing home something from work.
John’s having this walleye sandwich. It’s called our Cowboy Sandwich in honor of a longtime employee. He liked everything spicy, so there’s a little spice on it. A little coconut shrimp maybe for the ride home. And some crab cakes. I’m going to make some sliders out of those. If you want to bring home some fresh walleye, we also have that in the store ready for you to pick up.

This is a smoked salmon taco. It has arugula, a little tiger sauce. Every Tuesday, tacos are 2 for $4. Shrimp, grouper, blackened swordfish, and our smoked salmon. Come in and check it out and take some home tonight. See you soon!
