Mushrooms Go Great with Seafood!

Hi, it’s Terrie Young in the Euclid Fish Retail Market Kitchen. This goes out to our wholesale customers. Do you know we have mushrooms? We sell mushrooms that come in every Friday. If you order on Wednesday, these can be to you on Friday. This is a cultivated mix from Foods and Season out of Washington. Mushrooms go great with fish. I love it with scallops, halibut, or sea bass. Try it on your menu. We had some morels in last week that were to die for! We carry also when they have seasonal items between truffles, fiddleheads, and rams. So give your salesman a call, or saleslady, and we’ll try to help you out as best we can to get exactly what you want. Call us!
