I’m going to be making these smoked salmon nachos. You could use shrimp, the smoked salmon, octopus, whatever you like. I just topped it with a little bit of cheese and peppers and olives. It’s delicious.
Also pick up some of our oysters on the half shell with some spinach and cheese on them. Pop them in the oven. And these are new to our store: it’s a lobster risotto in a nice little shell. To share or everyone gets one. It’s very, very tasty. Real lobster in there, pieces of lobster, it’s great. We also have some nice jalapeno poppers and zucchini sticks, just to round out the meal.
