Hi, it’s Terrie Young in the Euclid Fish Retail Market Kitchen. I want to talk about inspiration. Sometimes it’s all I go by. From the heavens it comes to me: what I want to cook for dinner, for the store, for you. Magazines, a back of an old spice can... I watch TV, I watch the cooking shows, and I’m on Instagram like just right now trying to be inspired. I like to try new things, and I like to entertain with my friends and family. I see this halibut and I want to go one direction; I see the sockeye I want to go somewhere else. Everyday something new. I like to try new things and experiment.
