What Can YOU Do with a Whole Salmon?

Hi, welcome to Euclid Fish. I’m calling all chefs everywhere from Pittsburgh to Cincinnati, Louisville: come check this out! Look at this beautiful whole salmon. What can you do with it?

I’m going to roast this in the oven and serve it at a party I’m having at the house. Beautiful fillets in the store for you and we have some wonderful Scottish salmon and everything bagel smoked salmon. Great to add to your menus, serve on a buffet, and offer to your guests.

We’re also carrying this sea sauerkraut: the kelp version, the kelp kimchi, and a seaweed salad. All new to the Euclid Fish Company and we’re very proud to carry it. It’s very tasty. I think you’re going to love it. We’re all moving into that direction of harvesting this kelp and using it in new ways.
